When was the platform launched?

Shipment Integrity Solutions was launched in early 2018 after a year of development with a big consumer electronics company.

What does the SIS package contain?

SIS is a smart set of tools. First, you’ll select one of our SIS devices, then you will get your own (integrated) portal and last but not least access to all functionalities, like customized reports.

Is the system available on-premise or cloud-based?

Shipment Integrity Solutions is available as a cloud-based product or, if you prefer, can be purchased on-premise. Contact us to discuss the most suitable option for you.

How is the system updated?

Shipment Integrity Solutions schedules minor updates every month and major releases when required. We have an active development roadmap, based on customer needs. The system will be in continuous progress.

What internet bandwidth/line speed do I need?

This dependent on the number of users sharing the line. We find that a 3MB broadband connection works reliably for up to 5 users, but as with any cloud-based applications, faster connections are better.

Is it possible to use ParceLive in an airplane?

Yes, you can use this product in an airplane. When it detects a certain speed and air pressure the device will go in flight mode. All the information it has gathered ‘’in the air’’ will be displayed on the portal after landing.

Is it possible to use other devices that ParceLive & E-Container track in the portal?

Yes, you can integrate any internet enabled device (IoT device) and monitor in the portal. Contact us to discuss the most suitable option for you.

Is it possible to connect with other portals or systems, for example a FMS or planning system?

Yes, you can connect other systems also with the SIS portal. Contact us to discuss the most suitable option for you.

Can E-Containerlock be opened for customs?

Yes, the E-Containerlock is specially designed to be opened for customs. It is also possible to put on a new seal at the customs area. You can also add all relevant customs area’s into the portal so you will get notified when your cargo has entered the customs zone or when it is opened in this customs zone.
